The safety of everything we make at Mimbleball is of the utmost importance to us. We take the greatest care possible to make sure you stay safe while interacting with all Mimbleballs. We ensure that all seams will withstand adequate stress, and all eyes are secured using wire and safety eyes.

Every Mimbleball we sell is rigorously tested to the US Safety Standard (ASTM). All Mimbleballs have willingly participated in these tests and all bear the CE mark as proof of their success.

Mimbleballs are tested for age suitability over 3 years.

Mimbleball Inc. guarantees that Mimbleballs are made with the highest possible safety and manufacturing standards, from products chosen for their top quality, using all new materials. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase upon delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us within 30 days so that we may rectify the situation. 

 

While Mimbleballs are made to last, over time they may not always stand up to the toughest cuddles and may show signs of wear like the rest of us! If that happens, please contact us to order a new Mimbleball friend who can hang out with you and your well-loved friend. A gentle wash cycle can also do wonders, but stay far away from the dryer! Air dry only!! Fluff your old friend up and say hello to love again.
