How to use your Mimbleball:
Activate my superpower: smooth my hair down and give me a “bop” on the bottom. My hair stands straight up and makes everyone giggle!
Play with my hair while you take deep breaths or count to 10. You can also hold me on your tummy and we can breathe together.
Sit with me. Sad and angry feelings can happen all of a sudden. Hold me and pet my hair until the sad feelings pass and happier feelings arrive. It is OK to feel how you feel.
Twist and sculpt my hair into silly hairstyles - it stays right where you put it!
I can help you talk with family, doctors, teachers, counselors, and other friends. We can play games of catch together and talk. Show them my "bop" and see if they laugh!
